Founder of SuperThought Technologies
AI Content Automation Strategist
I help experienced business owners, consultants, and B2B professionals turn their hard-earned expertise into consistent, authority-building content without becoming full-time content creators. My work is built on 40+ years in technology, complex sales, and business strategy, along with a long-standing belief that the best opportunities come when your unique knowledge creates a demand for your services.

Build Credibility First!

My Work is Built on a Simple Belief
I have never believed that the highest form of selling is chasing people who do not yet see the value. I have always believed the better path is to develop meaningful expertise, communicate it clearly, and become useful enough that people want to engage.
That belief has shaped most of my professional life. It influenced how I approached technology sales, how I thought about customer relationships, and eventually, how I built SuperThought Technologies.
Today, that same belief is at the center of my work: helping business owners turn what they know into visible, useful, authority-building content that motivates potential customers, who are looking for help, to reach out to them.
Why Expertise Beats Sales Skill and Tactics
Traditional selling often puts too much emphasis on activity: more calls, more emails, more pitches, more follow-up. Activity matters, but it cannot replace expertise.
When a business owner has deep knowledge in a specific area, that expertise becomes a source of differentiation. It gives people a reason to listen. It creates demand. It attracts better conversations.
That does not mean sales skills are unimportant. It means sales skills are strongest when they are supported by real knowledge, clear thinking, and a visible point of view.
The goal is not to become better at interrupting people. The goal is to become more valuable, more findable, and more trusted.
This Belief Was Formulated by My Graduate Research
This perspective did not start with AI. It goes back long before SuperThought’s current work, and actually many years before. The early foundations of these views began in my earliest years in technology sales in the mid 1980’s.
However, in 2008, I completed my master’s thesis at Indiana University titled Impact of Social Networking on Information Technology Sales Collaboration & Learning. The research focused on how IT sales professionals were being affected by changing customer behavior, more complex buying decisions, and the growing need for better collaboration and learning.
At the time, I was already seeing a major shift in the field. The IT sales professional’s world had changed. Selling complex solutions required deeper knowledge of the client’s organization, the business problem, and the technology involved. Buyers were becoming more informed, sales cycles were becoming more complex, and old-school tactics such as cold calling, elevator pitches, and closing techniques were no longer enough.
That research helped clarify something I still believe today: sales success is not just about persuasion. It is about knowledge, collaboration, trust, and the ability to provide useful insights to complex problems.
Today, Buyers Want Proof Before They Engage
The same shift I studied years ago has only accelerated. Buyers now research, compare, and evaluate long before they engage with a sales rep. They look for signals of competence before they are ready for a conversation.
In fact, studies have found that almost 75% of potential customers don’t want to talk with a sales rep at ANY time during the buying cycle.
That is why visible expertise matters so much. Your website, blog posts, LinkedIn content, and other public-facing assets are no longer just marketing material. They are evidence. They show how you think, what you understand, and whether your experience is relevant to the buyer’s problem.
This is especially important for small business owners. You may not have the advertising budget, sales team, or brand recognition of a larger competitor. But you can still compete through clarity, usefulness, consistency, and authority.
In a buyer-controlled market, content gives your expertise a front door.
From Sales Experience to Authority Automation
My career has given me a front-row seat to the way trust is built in complex business environments. I have worked across technology, systems, business development, sales, and strategy. I have seen how buyers evaluate risk, how internal stakeholders shape decisions, and how important credibility becomes before a deal ever reaches the final conversation.
That experience now shapes how I build AI content systems. I am not using AI to create generic marketing copy. I use AI and automation to help business owners communicate their actual expertise more consistently, clearly, and strategically.
The purpose is not more content for its own sake. The purpose is to help business owners build authority that supports visibility, trust, and better sales conversations.
What I Build Today
Through SuperThought Technologies, I build AI content systems that help business owners and professionals turn their expertise into consistent, authority-building content.
These systems are designed to capture your voice, reflect your experience, research your market, and create content across multiple channels, including your website, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms where your audience spends time.
The goal is simple: make your expertise easier to find, understand, and trust.
The Problem I Help Solve
Most business owners I work with do not lack knowledge. They lack capacity.
They have ideas. They have experience. They have opinions formed through years of work. But they do not have the time or interest to constantly write blog posts, create LinkedIn content, manage social media, and keep their website current.
That creates a gap. Their expertise is real, but it is not visible enough. Their thinking is valuable, but it is not being captured. Their business has credibility, but the market may not see it clearly.
Authority Automation closes that gap.
The Old Way and The New Way
Before the internet, becoming publicly recognized as an expert usually required permission from a gatekeeper. You might need to publish a book, speak at conferences, write for trade magazines, or become active in industry associations. Those paths still matter, but they are no longer the only way for expertise to become visible.
Today, the gatekeepers have changed. Search engines, AI search tools, social platforms, and audience engagement now shape who gets noticed.
The Old Way
Gatekeepers: Book publishers, magazine editors, conference organizers, and industry associations decided who was seen as an expert.
Medium: Print articles, physical books, association meetings, and conference presentations.
Pace: Slow. It could take years to build public recognition.
Bottleneck: Access. You had to convince someone else you were worth listening to before you could reach an audience.
The New Way
Gatekeepers: Search algorithms, AI search systems, social media platforms, and audience engagement influence who gets discovered.
Medium: Long-form website content, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, Google Business Profile updates, podcasts, videos, and social content.
Pace: Fast. A useful idea can be published and shared almost immediately.
Bottleneck: Consistency. Everyone has a microphone, but not everyone can communicate useful expertise over time.
The barrier to becoming a recognized expert is no longer permission. It is the ability to consistently communicate valuable expertise.
Why This Matters to Business Owners & Professionals
For many small business owners, the owner’s expertise is one of the company’s strongest assets. But if that expertise stays locked in the owner’s head, the market cannot benefit from it.
Authority-building content helps change that. It turns experience into public proof. It gives potential clients a way to evaluate your thinking before they contact you. It helps your website become more than a brochure. It becomes a library of useful evidence.
This is especially important now because buyers often want to learn independently before they talk to anyone. They do not want more pressure. They want clarity. They want evidence. They want to know whether you understand their world.
Good content gives them that evidence.

Why I Built The System First for Myself
When I started building SuperThought’s current content approach, I faced the same problem many business owners face. I had plenty of ideas, experience, and perspective, but I did not have a sustainable way to turn those ideas into consistent content.
So I built a system.
Using AI and automation tools, I created a process that helped turn my thinking into LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and other content in my own voice. That process became the foundation for the systems I now build for other business owners.
I did not build this because I wanted to chase a technology trend. I built it because I needed a better way to make expertise visible.
What Makes This Different
This is not traditional copywriting. It is not generic AI content. It is not a content calendar filled with shallow posts.
The purpose of Authority Automation is to create a repeatable system that turns real expertise into useful content over time.
That means the system needs to understand your audience, your point of view, your tone, your services, your market, and the problems your clients are trying to solve.
When done well, content does more than keep your social media active. It helps people understand why your expertise matters.
A Personal Note
SuperThought is not just a technology project for me. It grew out of my own desire to use experience, technology, and communication in a way that serves business owners well.
My personal story is part of that journey, but this page is focused on the professional background, research, and beliefs behind the work I do today.
